The Website reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of the Terms and Conditions of Use, at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website without prior notice. And when you continue to use the website, after the changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted, it means that you accept those changes. Exchange policies

Any claims as to the condition of the product must be made immediately after reception of the goods, in writing and with picture documentation to tbmy@2rekgroup.com

You can exchange products within 07 days from the date of purchase.

Not apply exchange policies for promotional items

Warranty policies

All Trollbeads products are guaranteed for 1 years from date of purchase due to manufacturing defects .

During this warranty period, if a defect in the Product is identified, Trollbeads will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, at Trollbeads’s expense; (ii) replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product that is to be replaced.

Trollbeads shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective Product is returned to Trollbeads. A replacement Product will assume the remaining warranty of the original Product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer.

Exclusions and Limitations

• The warranty provided herein shall be void and of no effect in the event that (a) the product has been used outside the manufacturers’ specific use; (b) the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper or inadequate maintenance, corrosive environments, environments containing airborne contaminants; (c) unauthorized modifications are made to the product.

• Only applicable to products purchased in Malaysia, officially distributed by 2REK

• Invoice of product are attached.

• The product must remain intact and full details of the product; Free from dirt, scratches, dents, and damage.

• In case you exchange products with lower price than the original product, we will not refund the excess.

• Exchange policies are not applicable to promotional products

• Purchased products are not returned

• For materials such as stone, amber, pearl, glass, Warranty does not apply to cases of scratches, cracks, breaks during use. Note: These materials are special that must be used and stored properly.

• For leather bracelet: warranty does not apply in case of damage due to water

Price Policy

• The product price listed at https://www.trollbeads.com/ms-my is the final selling price. The price of the product may change depending on the time and associated promotions. Additional shipping or fulfillment fees will apply, if any, and will be clearly displayed on the Checkout page when you place your order.
• While we do our best to ensure that all information and prices displayed are correct for each product, there are occasional instances of errors or omissions. If we discover an error in the price of any product in your order or wrong promotion applied, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order with correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be automatically canceled on the system and a refund will be issued (if the order has been paid in advance).
• Difference in price: Member merchants operating at the e-commerce trading floor or agents that distribute products of Trollbeads can provide the same product with different price policies, you have the right to choose. and compare prices among member merchants to get the best price for your order requirements. Trollbeads does not interfere with the pricing policy of each Member Merchant if there is a dispute.

*Commitment to delivery on time: After standard delivery time, each day of late delivery you will receive 1% discount for the next invoice* or cash back within 3 working days after receiving (Except for the force majeure circumstances specified in *Exceptions)

* Discount due to late delivery will be issued as coupons with discount codes

*Exception: Force majeure such as epidemics, natural disasters, wars, public actions, goverment decisions etc. occur, leading to the fact that we are unable to fulfill timely delivery obligations.

Fees and charges

We will absorb all credit card fees incurred from our payments processor but please not that depending on your credit card plan and issuer you might be charged an additional fee by your card issuer.
